When my wife and I first arrived in the Claremore church we found that they were primed and ready to do evangelism. God has truly given this church a heart to reach out to the community and we couldn't be more excited to be a part of it. Thankfully we were able to have Tyler Long, an Amazing Facts evangelist, come and be a part of our meeting. As we knew would happen, the devil tried his best to thwart our efforts. Opening night was met by snow and ice. The next night the news media was calling for everyone to stay home and only to only venture outside if it were an emergency. Praise God that people still came! During the meetings we had a chance to get to know some very precious people and it was exciting to see how God was leading in their lives. By the end of the meeting 14 people joined the church. We know that this is what we are called to do and by God's grace, we will continue to move forward (2 Peter 3:12, 13) and look upward to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ!
